Apple Cake for Thanksgiving

Ingredients:

6 ounces sugar

170g of wheat flour

3 large eggs

3 large apples, peeled and cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven to 400ºF degrees.

2. Mix the eggs with the sugar, for about 2 minutes in a machine. If you do it by hand, beat for 5 min.

3. Add the flour little by little, and mix using a wooden spoon. Mix until you get a smooth dough.

4. Add the apple pieces, mix well and pour the cake batter into a floured pan.

5.Bake for 5 minutes at 400ºF, then lower the temperature to 350ºF degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a stick and it comes out clean.
