4 Best Cake Ever Recipe

Many cake lovers do not dare to make one at home for fear that it will turn out badly.

1. Vanilla Cake

 1 cup of sugar

 2 tablespoons vanilla

 1 cup of milk of your choice

 ½ cup butter, melted

 ¼ cup of vegetable oil

 1½ cups of wheat flour or white flour

 1 tablespoon baking powder

 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, you will mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

2. In another bowl, you will mix well: milk, butter, oil, and vanilla.

3. At this time, you will preheat the oven to 180ºC/356°F.

4. While the oven is preheating, you will mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones little by little.

5. When you have a homogeneous dough, make it in the cake mold previously greased with butter or oil.

6. You will leave it in the oven for at least 1h or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

7. Once the cake is ready, you must let it rest until it is cold and unmold.

8. You can eat it like this or decorate it to your liking (with chocolate, fondant, etc).

2. Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cups of cocoa or cocoa powder

2 teaspoons of baking powder

2 teaspoons of baking soda

1 1/2 cups of milk

1/2 cups of butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoons of salt

Instructions:

1. You will mix flour, sugar, salt, the baking powder, baking soda, and the cocoa powder in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, you will mix well: milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.

3. At this time, we will preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.

4. While the oven is preheating, we will mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones little by little.

5. When you have a homogeneous dough, make it in the cake mold previously greased with butter or oil.

6. We will leave it in the oven for 30 or 35 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

7. Once the cake is ready, you must let it rest until it is cold and unmold.

You can accompany it with ice cream or melt 1/2 cup of chocolate and pour it on the cake.

3.Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of flour

2 tablespoons of baking powder

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon of baking soda

1/2 tablespoons of salt

4 eggs

1 cup of oil

2 cups of sugar

1/3 cups milk

1 spoon of vanilla

2 cups of carrot grated

1 cup of walnut

1 cup of grated coconut

for the bitumen

1 stick of cream cheese at room temperature

1/2 cups of powder sugar

milk or lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC/338°F.

2. In a bowl mix: sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking soda, salt, grated carrot, and walnuts.

3. in a bowl, mix well: oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla.

4. Mix the dry ingredients little by little with the wet ones.

5. When you have a homogeneous dough, make it in the previously greased and floured cake pan.

6. We will leave it in the oven for 1h or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

7. Once the cake is ready, you must let it rest until it is cold and unmold.

8. For the bitumen, put in a blender (you can do it by hand) put the cream cheese and icing sugar, and mix well. Then add the milk or lemon juice little by little until the frosting takes the consistency you want.

9. When the cake is cold, add the bitumen and chopped nuts, and voila!

4.Three-Milk Cake

Ingredients:

 200 grams of butter

 5 eggs

 1 cup of sugar (200 grams)

 2 cups of flour (280 grams)

 2 teaspoons of baking powder

 1 cup of milk

For the Three-Milk topping:

 1 can of evaporated milk

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 can of half cream or heavy cream

 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360ºF

2. Mix the butter with the sugar in a bowl until creamy, then add the eggs one by one until a homogeneous mixture is left.

3. When you have the mixture made, add the previously sifted flour, the baking powder, and the milk.

4. When you have the cake mix ready, pour it into a previously greased mold. You will bake it for 30 to 45 min or until you insert a knife comes out clean.

5. Once the cake is cooked, let it cool.

6. It is time to prepare the topping. You should put in the blender: the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the half cream, and the whole milk, and mix until everything is mixed.

7. When the topping is ready, it only remains to bathe the cake still in the mold to facilitate the work. You can make small holes in the cake so that the milk penetrates better.

8. You can decorate the cake with meringue.
