15 Minute Meals Kid-Friendly

These are easy meals that your kids will love. Perfect for making a quick breakfast or dinner or just a simple lunch. 

1. Fish meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 cups of white fish

1 clove garlic

1/4 cups cream cheese

1/4 cups of breadcrumbs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Vegetable oil

1 cup of flour

2 eggs

1 cup of ground bread

Instructions:

1.In a food processor, you will put the fish with the garlic, the cream cheese, the ground bread, salt, and pepper, until a sticky and manipulable mixture is obtained.

2.To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands, rub a little oil on your hands. Take a bit of mixing and start shaping it into the shape you want. You can make balls or give it a heart shape. Then, you will put them to freeze for 10 min.

3. After 10 min, coat each fish with flour, egg, and bread.

4. Then fry with plenty of vegetable oil previously heated for 8 minutes over low heat or golden brown.

5. You can accompany it with the vegetables that your child likes the most or with a delicious mashed potato

2. Pizzetas

Ingredients:

Pizza dough (from the supermarket)

2 cups of tomato sauce

1 teaspoon garlic

1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

2 cups of cheese of your choice

5 slices of Turkey Ham

6 slices of pork bacon

pepperoni to taste

Instructions:

1. Roll out the dough and cut it round to the size you want the pizzas.

2. In a pan, add tomato sauce, garlic, thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Let heat for 5 min.

3. After 10 min, coat each with flour, egg, and bread.

4. Get inspired and put together different pizza options.

5. Add a little olive oil to the pan and add the pizzas.

6. Cook over very low heat and cook for 15 min or until the cheese is completely melted.

3. Potato soup

Ingredients:

3 potatoes

3 carrot

1 red bell pepper

1/2 leek

1 tablespoon butter

1 liter of chicken broth

1 sprig of thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Dice the carrot, potatoes, bell pepper, and leek.

2. Sauté the vegetables with the butter, salt, pepper, and thyme for 5 min over high heat.

Next, add the chicken broth. You can season again if necessary.

4. Once the vegetables are cooked, and the broth has boiled, the soup is ready.

4. Sausage vegetables and eggs

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1 onion, medium

1/2 bell peppers

2 turkey sausages

2 tablespoons oil

salt and pepper to taste

Coriander to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the onion, sausage, and bell pepper to the size you want.

2.Mix the 6 eggs in a bowl and reserve

3. In a frying pan, sauté the vegetables and sausages with the oil.

4. When the sausage and vegetables are cooked add the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. While the eggs are cooking, stir them well, so they are scrambled.

6. Cook until the eggs are at the finish you want.

7. You can accompany it with corn or wheat tortillas

5. Toast with avocado

Ingredients:

5 slices of square bread.

1 large avocado

1 tomato

1/2 onion

olive oil

Butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Toast the bread on both sides with a little butter.

2. Cut the onion and tomato into small squares.

3. Mash the avocado with a fork. Then add the onion, tomato, and olive oil to taste the avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Once the toasts are done, you just have to put the avocado on top. You can add a fried egg to it.

6. Cream of mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 clove garlic,

1/4 onions

400 grams of white mushroom

500 milliliters of milk

250 milliliters of whipping cream or heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Sauté the garlic, onion, and previously chopped mushrooms with the butter until they are cooked.

2.Next, add the stir fry to a blender along with the milk and cream.

3.Once well blended, add the mixture to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Let cook until slightly thick.

5.You can accompany it with toasted bread.

7. Tacos with tuna

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

2 tomato without shell

4 cans of Tuna

2 bay leaves

Fresh coriander to taste

1 pinch of cumin

1 pinch of salt

Lemon

Corn tortillas

Instructions:

1. We will sauté the vegetables previously chopped with a little olive oil.

Then add the tuna and season with bay leaf, cumin, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are cooked and then add lemon to taste.

3. Accompany the tuna with the tortillas and decorate with the coriander.
